• UK Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

• Standard delivery is £3.99, or free on orders over £100.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if not, you can return it.

• Return window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: All items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

• How to return:

  1. Email us at eventspreloved@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Refunds

• Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.

• Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
